Helena Bowles

Born in Belgium, raised in London. Helena is known for playing the lead of ‘Verity’ in the play ‘Find me’ at the Cockpit Theatre, London, alongside earning her first credit in a Short Film that made it to the Vancouver Film Festival. She trained in London and at the Vancouver Film School in Canada, graduated in 2025 with a First-Class Honours Degree in ‘Acting for Stage & Screen’. She is based in London, raised bilingual, speaking Dutch and English fluently and holds both British and Belgian nationalities, making her eligible to work both in the U.K. and EEA. In addition to acting, Helena has danced since the age of 3, in styles such as ballet, jazz, modern and pop and retains a love for performing with music and singing. She stays active by working out, pilates, hiking and loves horse-riding. Her understanding of the human experience led her to the craft of acting, allowing her to portray characters truthfully.
